CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ARTIFICIAL FLOWER
The flower is made entirely by hand through different stages and manufacturing processes:
1 - Cutting the fabric
Everything starts with the creation of the leaves and petals through the cutting of the fabrics by means of specific molds positioned under manually operated presses.
2 - Coloring of the fabric
Petals and leaves are hand-painted using brushes and water-based or acrylic paints.
3 - Curvature of the petals
Then a first curve of the petal is obtained by means of a press inside which the mold is inserted. In the following phase, each individual petal is finished by hand to obtain a perfect shape.
4 - Assembly of the various parts
The different models of petals thus obtained are assembled and glued. Flowers, buds and leaves are thus ready to be inserted into the stems.
