TERMS OF SHIPPING

Shipments are made throughout Italy and abroad.

INSURED SHIPPING

In any case, to protect you as much as possible, shipments are always insured for cases of breakage, theft or loss.

SHIPPING FEES

The shipping costs for both Italy and abroad will be communicated to you once the order has been placed.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday. To facilitate delivery, if you can, please indicate an address where someone is always present for collection, for example an office or a shop you trust. Important: if you receive a damaged or tampered package or a partial delivery, highlight this anomaly by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery document that will make you sign the word "RESERVE", later describing the anomaly identified (eg damaged package, package wet, non-original packaging).
