1.  CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

1.1 The order transmitted through the online forms by the customer represents an offer addressed to AliCom Web Srls aimed at concluding a sales contract, under the conditions indicated therein as well as in compliance with these General Conditions of Sale which, with the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer undertakes to observe in relations with AliCom Web Srls. Therefore, with the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer confirms that he is aware of and accepts the General Conditions of sale and that he has received the additional information which can always be consulted on the ScaArt.it website, and recalled via links. Orders that are incomplete and / or contain errors cannot be considered for the purpose indicated in this article.

1.2 After sending the order in electronic format, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the order itself (Order Confirmation). The execution of the orders is subject to the full payment of the price, the availability of the products in stock as well as to particular conditions for which the shipment by AliCom Web Srls is impracticable. Consequently, in the event of insurmountable logistical difficulties or the non-payment of the price or the lack of availability of the products in stock, the contract will be automatically terminated by an e-mail message, followed by the return of any amount already paid to price title.

2.  PRODUCT FEATURES AND PRICES

2.1 The characteristics of the products are those presented on the website and described in the context of each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale online may not correspond to the real ones as a result of photographic distortions or as a result of the particular Internet browser and monitor used.

2.2 Prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices indicated on the ScaArt.it website at the time of the order are decisive. If the country is outside the European community, the VAT will not be displayed and only the transport costs for the defined location will appear. All taxes and any customs duties are to be paid by the buyer.

3.  SHIPPING / DELIVERY COSTS

3.1 Shipping costs throughout the Italian territory are free. For shipments outside Italy, the costs are divided according to the quantity requested and the destination location. AliCom Web Srls reserves the right to resolve the sales contract for any logistical difficulties in international shipments, which will be followed by the full refund of the amount paid as a price.

3.2 In the event of visible damage to the package, the customer is required to check, upon delivery, the product supplied in the presence of the courier, not to accept the package and to contact us immediately.

4.  DELIVERY TIMES

4.1 Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the material in stock, the need to order the requested material, transport and customs times.
